Our Genuine products were manufactured a few years ago and are no longer under warranty the manufactures warranty.
 
Does it matter?

The warranty is for the ink cartridge. We fully guarantee the ink cartridges ourselves.

So if you are getting the same guarantee, why have you reduced the price, what is the catch?

It is out of date, so will it work?

In a nutshell, yes it will work. The failure rate might go up slightly as the cartridge gets older, but the vast majority of inks and toners we sell work perfectly, and we have been selling them for years.
How about the remanufactured cartridges?
We only source the highest quality remanufactured ink and toner cartridges. These have gone through a 4 step process to ensure they are of the highest quality unlike some which are cheap imports. With our remanufactured ink cartridges you can save money whilst keeping your print quality high.


You must charge for postage!

We love websites that offer free shipping, so we offer a free standard postage service and only charge an extra £1.95 for Royal Mail 24 on ink and toner cartridges. You can order as many inks and toners as you want and the price will not go up.

Ink was not working, the pages printed were all colourless and I tried rubbing the ink on my finger but it never came out. I have asked for a replacement
