This was my first experience of ordering from ink robot but it certainly will not be my last. The eco friendly way of packaging the ink was so well thought out, all 4 of the inks from my order were sealed original epson 603 inks in 4 colours & although each colour was sealed separately, there were no unnecessary outer packaging. I also received a prepaid postage label for returning any used cartridges so I am not only paying less for my ink but I also feel as if I’m doing my part for the environment. I would happily recommend Ink Robot to anyone interested.

HP ink prices are very high so I was attracted by attractive prices and excellent customer reviews. Placed my first order and it arrived the next day. Disaster. My printer claimed it was too new to accept the cartridge. I contacted Ink Robot fearing the worst. They replied to my message within an hour. The answer was exceptionally positive and a replacement promised within one to two days. It promptly arrived and worked without problem. Quite outstanding in a CS world of mediocrity. We also got a mini bag of Haribo with each shipment. Nice touch. I will certainly use them from now onwards.

Does not lock into print head on my HP8600 plus. Had many attempts old one locks in every time but not the one you supplied
