The warranty is for the ink cartridge. We fully guarantee the ink cartridges ourselves.


If it's out of date, will it work?



In a nutshell, yes it will work. The failure rate might go up slightly as the cartridge gets older, but the vast majority of inks and toners we sell work perfectly, and we have been selling them for years.

Service was good, but ink is out of date

Service was good, received the printer ink next day with some sweeties. The ink was out of date, but I did not realise the ink that you sell is expired hence the reduced prices, but you do state this clearly on your website under the subject ‘guarantee’.
